Cricket World Cup Facts Episodes 4 & 4.5: Ireland beat West Indies, their O.D.I. record & Test status/World Cup rant

IRELAND now have four wins against Test nations at the Cricket World Cup: Pakistan and Bangladesh (2007), England (2011) and West Indies (2015). They have also beaten Zimbabwe (once in 2010) and have a winning record against every Associate nation they’ve played.

Ireland have chased 300+ to win a World Cup match three times: England (328 – WC record), Netherlands (307) and West Indies (305).
The only other sides to chase 300+ to win in the World Cup: Sri Lanka (313 vs. Zimbabwe in 1992) and England (301 vs. West Indies in 2007).

IRELAND SHOULD BE PLAYING TEST CRICKET.
